Are there any additional fees?

While we do not charge any additional fees, please note that we will pre-authorize your credit card the full value of the items at the time of rental. This is simply to ensure that the items are returned on time and in good condition. In the unlikely event that an item is not returned or is returned damaged, we will charge the full value of the item to cover the cost of replacing it.

If you do not return your rental items on time, you will be charged our daily fee of 15% for each additional day the items are late. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate that you will be unable to return the items on time. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.

We are happy to offer you the option to purchase the items you rent. If you decide that you love an item so much that you can’t bear to part with it, simply let us know and we will be happy to arrange a purchase for you. The purchase price will be the full value of the item minus any rental fees you have already paid.

We offer a wide range of clothing from our two stores. You can choose from any of our second-hand clothing collection. Unfortunately, we do not rent any items that is new.

We understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that you take good care of our rental items. If an item is damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be charged the full value of the item.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your rental order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date. After that, you will be charged for the full rental amount.
