Lazy will exchange most items, provided they have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and all tags are attached.
You are welcome to exchange your items at any time at our branches. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you.
Sale items are final sale – exchanges will not be accepted.

Online purchases cannot be returned or processed in our stores.
Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to designate any other item as non-refundable at our discretion. Any such designation will be noted on each item’s information page.
Items purchased with a discount code or during a site-wide promotion are not considered a final sale unless listed in the SALE section. These are subject to the same return policy as full priced items.
For hygienic reasons, face masks, underwear, jumpsuits, swimwear, jewelry and cosmetics cannot be returned online or in store.
Please take your time to try everything. If you decide to make a return, simply request a refund in the return section.

Orders can be shipped worldwide or picked up in store.
Each order shipped will have a tracking number.

Standard shipping in Canada is CAD 12.00.
Standard shipping is free within Canada on all orders over CAD 75.00 (before applicable taxes).
Standard shipping in the United States is CAD 25.00.
Standard shipping is free in the United States on all orders over CAD 100.00 (before applicable taxes).

Standard international shipping is CAD 35.00
Standard shipping is free internationally on all orders over CAD 150.00 (before applicable taxes).
