No, our team will collect your contact details and get in touch with you within 7 business days to provide the evaluation of your items.

What kind of clothes can I bring it?

We accept gently used clothing items that are in good condition. We prioritize items that are current and in-demand, but all items will be considered.

How will I receive store credit?

Our team will evaluate the clothing items you bring in and provide you with store credit based on their condition and current demand.

Is there a limit of how much I can receive?

There is no limit to the amount of store credit you can receive. The amount you receive will depend on the condition and current demand for the items you bring in.

How can I use the store credit?

Since the store credit will be issued as a gift card, you can use it to purchase anything from our stores or online.

Is there anything you do not accept?

We do not accept clothing items that are in poor condition, such as items with holes, tears, or significant stains. We also do not accept items that are not clothing, such as household items or accessories. All of the unaccepted items will be donated to one of our partners.
